KeapSake aim to provide a secure shopping experience and respect your privacy and personal information. We will only provide your details to third parties who are facilitating delivery and processing your payment via our secure gateway provided by Paypal.
We will not sell or provide mailing list details to any third parties. We’d love to send you updates every now and then on the KeapSake ranges or newsletters. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, please let us know via email, phone or fax.
We use STRIPE, Paypal and Apple Pay for secure online VISA and MASTERCARD transactions. STRIPE uses the latest security measures and standards for electronic commerce including SSL, SEP, Digital Certification and RSA Public Key Encryption. Further information is available on www.stripe.com.au
You are also welcome to call us on +61 2 4381 0020 to process credit card payments over the phone. We do not accept Amex or Diners.

All payments are made in Australian Dollars (AUS) dollars.
GST and Taxes
A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming delivery and billing address. Please include a street address only as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
You will then receive an email confirming dispatch of your order. For Australian Metro deliveries please allow 3-5 working days after order has been dispatched. Deliveries to rural areas may take a little longer.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Delays due to customs or courier services are not accounted for. International orders may also be subject to import taxes or levies as imposed by your country. These are payable by the receiver.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We strive to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please give us a call on 02 4381 0020 or email us at email@example.com. Let us know the problem and we’ll help sort it out. RETURNS AND REFUNDS must be returned in the original condition, within 14 days of receipt of order and include your RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER which we will give you when you call or email to arrange your return.
Since orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor, we incur some irreversible fees. We’re happy to help with changes, however after a certain point, we are unable to do it free of charge.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may be charged a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a Return so please contact us to discuss return or exchange.
If a return is required by fault of our own, we will cover your freight costs. If you would simply like to exchange, the freight is at your cost. Exchanges will require the original purchase to be received in the original condition, before the new item can be shipped. As we cannot be responsible for lose of an item being returned, we recommend using registered mail.
Should a dispute arise out of the purchase of KeapSake products, Australian Law governs the dispute.
Please note that colour may vary from the colour displayed on your monitor. We try to make all photography as true to colour as possible, but all monitors will display differently.
