How long shipping will take depends on where you live. A parcel can take from 7 to 10 days to arrive at your address, however most packages will arrive much sooner than this.

East coast capital cities: 3-5 days
Adelaide, Darwin & Perth: 5-7 days
Tasmania: 7-10 days
Regional Centres: 5-7 days
(Includes mining settlements in remote areas) 7-10 days
(Includes Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and the Australian Antarctic Territory) 9-13 days
How do I know if my order is shipped?
Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse and despatch department. The items are hand picked and enclosed safely in a satchel/box. Once ready and collected for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
How will my order be shipped?
We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. With our network of couriers and postal services, we can offer the best option for you dependant on size, weight and speed of delivery. In Australia our main carriers are Australia Post Express Post & Australia Post eParcel, together accessing every corner of the country.
Do you ship internationally?
KeapSake partners with Australia Post to provide fast and reliable shipping to most corners of the world.
Will my order incur customs charges?
Some international orders be subject to local duties and charges. KeapSake do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries on this.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?
For Australia Post deliveries, a failed delivery attempt card will be left at your chosen address. This will direct you to your nearest Post Office to collect the item - proof of identity will be necessary.
For Courier Service deliveries: If you have not given authority to leave at your address and you are not present at the time of delivery, you will need to contact the courier service to arrange a redelivery. If you miss the 2nd delivery attempt your item will be returned to the courier depo for your collection or you can arrange a 3rd delivery attempt - at your own cost. What happens if an item is missing from my order?
Please contact our Customer Service Department to check if this is the case. If in the rare chance we have missed an item off your order we will arrange to have a replacement sent straight away.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item on your order please contact our Customer Service Department straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange or reimburse for return postage of the incorrect item.
Do you deliver to PO Box Address?
We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and Internationally.
