The social enterprise believes that artisanal crafts bring warmth and humanity to an increasingly technological and impersonal world, while simultaneously providing artisans with a dignified way of making a living. Casa de Los Gigantes encourages the artisan communities they work with to use only locally-sourced materials when crafting their handmade products. The organisation also directs funds into providing support and childcare for their artisans at a children’s library.
